Miloš Krsmanović is one of the more sadistic camp guards at Rasadnik. Not so long ago he took out one of the inmates to the HQ of the “Centrotrans” firm. He forced him to wash the truck while dousing him with a hose. (1/3)

Then he forced him to stand on the stepping bar of the truck and hold onto the rear-view mirror while he drove him around Rogatica. All while forcing him to shout “I am an Ustaša”. (2/3)

The Ustaše were the Croat fascists who ruled the Independent State of Croatia during WWII. They massacred Serbs, Jews, and non-fascists in concentration camps. In other words, exactly what our Serb torturers are doing to us today. (3/3)

It seems clear that none of the sponsors of resolution 836 are willing to contribute the additional troops to UNPROFOR needed in order to implement the resolution, as Bosnian Serb forces continue to shell safe areas at about the same rate as before while blocking aid convoys.
