We’ve reached Kravica. We’ve stopped about 100m from the agricultural cooperative building, apparently to change a tyre. I can see a huge ditch full of dead bodies.

Serb forces have dragged my dad away from me before he could board the bus with us. Please, if anyone who is with Esad Jakubović could look after him, I would be very grateful. Babo, volim te.

Still at Kravica. There’s a column of Bosniak men coming from the direction of Konjević Polje. They all have their hands on their necks and are looking at our bus out of the corner of their eyes. The people on the bus who have recognised someone in the column are screaming.

Serb forces have just dragged my husband away from me. We were about to board the bus to be deported out of this hell, when a soldier put a gun to my husband’s neck and took him away.

The same soldier who got onto the bus in Hranča is demanding that we give him our gold and money. Everyone is silent. He says he knows we have “smuggled goods” from Srebrenica and Žepa.

Serb forces have taken my brother, Abdulah. He’s only 18.

I’m seeing people tweeting that Serb forces are deporting women and children from @unproforbih’s base in Potočari, but men are being taken away? Has anyone seen my dad? He should be among the crowd.

The same soldier is talking through a walkie-talkie. He’s just said, “a bus full of bula (racial slur for Muslim women) is arriving. Take their money and gold and you know what to do with them after that.” People are starting to hand over whatever money they have on them.

Serb forces have taken my husband, Kiram, away from me. We were boarding the bus to be deported and a Serb soldier said, “You go to the left, he goes to the right”.

I’m on a truck with other disabled people. Nurses are also with us. Serb forces are driving us somewhere.
