🧵 The Order of the VRS Main Staff dated 18 April 1993 is hereby declared null and void (ceasefire and actions around Srebrenica). The communication and departure of Muslims from the “enclaves” (Srebrenica, Žepa, Goražde) is to be prevented at any cost.

All UNPROFOR movements to and from the “enclaves” without the authorisation of the VRS Main Staff are prohibited.

The woods in front of the front end of the VRS are to be cut at least 100m and around all the “enclaves” (Srebrenica, Žepa and Goražde) even more, if possible.

Corps commands and units must take all measures to reduce the “enclaves” to the area listed in the agreement: Srebrenica (town), Žepa and Goražde (the town and a 3km area).
