The Muslim people have been set up as a people for us to oppress. I don’t wish for the Serb people to be oppressors, but I am not willing to surrender our state, our land, our territory as a result.

🧵 I strongly oppose the appointment of Rada Sumbo as a Serb judge for the Banja Luka court. Sumbo worked in Jajce. If she were to be appointed in Banja Luka, the Serbs of Jajce would be disappointed. I wouldn’t deign to work for such a court, knowing what sort of judge she was.

I can personally confirm that Sumbo, while she was chairwoman of the court in Jajce, accepted a large amount of Muslims onto the court, and not a single Serb was a judge.

Those Serbs who were at that time accused by the public prosecutor’s office, which was also headed by a Croat and a Muslim woman, as well as those Serbs who had any business with the court, suffered great misery because of this Mrs. Sumbo.

We are not appointing judges of non-Serb nationalities for Banja Luka until we have resolved the question of whether or not it will be of benefit to the Serb state and to the other, non-Serb citizens
