The international community is heading towards accepting the AVNOJ (Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation of Yugoslavia) borders of the republics of the former Yugoslavia. The Muslims and Croats will be supported by America and Germany in the fight against us.

America will continue to strive to be the mentor or protector of the Muslims in Bosnia and to use them for its own profits in the Islamic world.

The Croat-Muslim forces have support from America, Germany and the Islamic countries for an offensive as well as tacit agreement from the remaining countries of the international community.

They will not abandon their objectives to create the conditions for the penetration of Catholicism further eastwards, bringing the Balkan nations into a subordinate position under the control of the Islamic factor.

When we are assessing Muslim forces, we must say that they have been greatly strengthened by arms and by the open violation of the arms embargo by all western and Islamic countries.

With the problem of Srebrenica, we built adequate reserves, and we did this during a period of time where we assessed that the international community would not react.
