Pleased to announce that there are no Muslims left on the right bank of the River Una (NW Bosnia), in the Serb municipality Bos. We have evacuated all of the Muslim enclaves there. Will there be somewhere for them to return to? I think not!

We must force the Muslims to capitulate. With Serb forces we can do this within 5 days – with the force that we have, and with the will of the Serb people who truly wish to crush this Muslim domination.

We will continue to seek ways to neutralise the Muslims, as they have been done in places like Kalinovik (SE Bosnia). The Muslims have nowhere to go.

The process of removing non-Serbs from certain areas is easier said than done. In the city of Cazin there are 220,000 Muslims while in the entire Bosanska Krajina region there are only 67,000 Serbs. The ratio is 3:1.

We will not tie our hands by specifying the length of the Serb corridor we want. How long the corridor will be depends on how well we hold onto it.

Anywhere where there are Serbs is Serb territory. This declaration is the mobilisation of the whole Serb nation.

Just heard the announcement on Radio Bosnia-Herzegovina that the so-called Serb Republic has created its own army, with Ratko Mladić as their commander. As we approach a month of hiding in the woods, Bratunac in flames beneath us, we now know that worse is yet to come.

If we want to force the Muslims to surrender, we must build three hundred 40-64mm shells, Hurricanes, and R-65 rockets around Sarajevo.
